As Account Representative for M. Nicole West State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Representative for M. Nicole West State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Input of data into computer systems accurately.
- Respond to customers inquiries quickly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to type & submit typing score to agent.
- Must be able to obtain 220 insurance license.
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license.
- Must be able to make outbound calls & maintain inbound office call requirements
- Must be able to receive outbound calls & maintain inbound office call requirements
Compensation: $33,280.00 - $41,360.00 per year
