Insurance Account Representative – M. Nicole West State Farm

Role Description
As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving the growth of our agency by helping customers protect what matters most. You will build relationships, identify insurance needs, and recommend appropriate Auto, Home, and Life coverage.
This is a production-focused role for a motivated, goal-oriented professional who is comfortable discussing coverage, asking for business, and working toward performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outreach
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Quote and write Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct policy reviews to identify additional coverage needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet monthly outbound call quota
- Meet monthly production and activity goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Must hold or able to obtain required 20-44 Personal Lines, or 220 All General Lines insurance license
- Must hold or be able to obtain required 215 Life & Health insurance license
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Base pay plus commission
