Insurance and Financial Services Position – State Farm Agent Team Member - M. Nicole West State Farm

Role Description
As an Insurance and Financial Services Team Member for the office of M. Nicole West State Farm, you play a vital role in our daily operations and in helping customers protect what matters most. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify their insurance and financial needs, and provide personalized solutions.

This role combines customer service and sales responsibilities and is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing their income through performance.

Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
  • Educate customers about insurance and financial service products, including Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance
  • Generate quotes and write new policies
  • Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and service requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Take premium payments and maintain accurate customer records
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and bundle coverage
  • Support agency production, retention, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Must offer all required products based on customer needs
  • Meet outbound call quotas 
Qualifications
  • Must hold or be able to obtain required 20-44 Personal lines or 220 All General lines insurance license 
  • Must hold or be able to obtain required 215 Life & Health License 
  • Ability to type
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Ability to multitask and learn agency systems

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
