Customer Care Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member


Role Description

As a Customer Care Manager at M. Nicole West State Farm, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while supporting the overall success of the agency. This position focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with policy service needs, and ensuring our customers receive timely and professional support.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You should be comfortable communicating with customers, resolving concerns, and working collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional service to customers by answering questions and resolving policy inquiries
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and account updates
  • Guide customers through the claims process and explain next steps
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy activity
  • Review policies with customers to ensure their coverage continues to meet their needs
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with agency team members to support agency operations
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction

  • Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred
  • Active 20-44/215 and/or 220/215 licensed (required or willing to obtain)

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
